Christele Bouchat

Christele Bouchat has extensive experience in strategy and project management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Strategy and Standardization Manager at Alcatel-Lucent since 2005. Responsibilities include leading global strategies for home networking, setting multi-year standards, and introducing innovative solutions to customers. As a former People and Project Manager, Bouchat created a research team that won the Entrepreneurial Boot Camp award in 2006. Additionally, Bouchat has played a significant role in the Broadband Forum as a representative, leading Alcatel-Lucent to become a top player in home network management, and has made valuable contributions to the Home Gateway initiative as a Board member. Previous roles at Alcatel-Lucent include European project management, where Bouchat authored numerous patents and publications. Education was completed at the University of Liège.
