Curtis McNish has extensive experience in customer support and training, currently serving as the GWC Front Office Team Lead and Trainer at Nokia since June 2008. In this role, Curtis collaborates with the Back Office to maintain up-to-date processes and training outlines, while also assisting Central teams and other trainers in developing new training programs.
