Daniele Silva is the Global Subsea Business Development Manager at Nokia, specializing in subsea and ultra-long haul applications within the Optical Networks Division. Previously, they served as a Technical Project Manager and Software Program Leader at Nokia, as well as having managed customer engineering programs in Europe and the MEA region. Earlier in their career, Daniele held positions as an Analog/IF Hardware Designer at Digital Multimedia Technologies and a Junior Hardware Designer at Alcatel-Lucent, where they advanced to a senior engineering role leading teams for high-capacity modem designs. Currently, Daniele is pursuing an MBA at Luiss Business School, building on a foundation established at Politecnico di Milano.
