Issam Rich is a results-driven Mobile Network Regional Program Director with an MBA and various certifications, including PMP® and PgMP®. With 15 years of experience in telecommunications, including eight years in senior program management roles within complex international environments, Issam demonstrates strong strategic management and analytical skills. Previously, Issam held positions at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they excelled in customer delivery and project management. Currently, Issam is pursuing education at the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications.
