Olivier Carpentier

Olivier Carpentier has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Nokia since June 1998, currently serving as the Head of Core Engineering Customer Support for Lannion, overseeing a team of 26 professionals focused on Core Network support, new product introduction, and emergency case handling for IMS and SDM solutions. Previously, Olivier led sales development services across France, BeNeLux, and the UK & Ireland, managing teams of Sales Solution Managers and achieving significant milestones in proactive offers and key deals. Prior to Nokia, Olivier held multiple positions at Philips Consumer Communications and the Institut National des Télécommunications, focusing on software architecture, development, and team management. Olivier holds a French Engineer degree from the National School of Applied Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Signal Telecommunications Image & Radar from Université de Rennes I.
