Pramod Chandrasekhar

Pramod Chandrasekhar is an experienced HR leader with a robust career spanning over 28 years. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Function Strategy and Controlling at Nokia since March 2008, Pramod oversees the HR function for the India region, managing a team of over 100 HR professionals and supporting more than 20,000 employees across diverse business units including Sales, Services, and R&D. Previously, Pramod led the HR functions for the India, Middle East, and Africa regions, as well as heading HR for Nokia's Global Services in India. Prior to joining Nokia, Pramod held pivotal HR roles at Reliance Telecom Ltd and has early career experience in HR management with Hotline Glass Ltd and Crompton Greaves.
