Richard Biesold

Richard Biesold is currently the Head of Repair Operation at Nokia, where they ensure best-in-class repair execution for the complete Nokia portfolio. From 2009 to 2016, they served as the Head of Hardware Service Lifecycle & Repair Management at Nokia Solutions and Networks, managing repair centers and providing product catalogs. Prior to that, Richard worked as a HW/SW engineer at Siemens AG from 1987 to 1993 and held various leadership roles in product management and project management. Richard completed a Dipl. Ing. FH in Nachrichtentechnik at Fachhochschule Trier between 1983 and 1987 and also served as a Leutnant d. Res in the Bundeswehr from 1981 to 1983. They are currently enjoying life as a Privatier.
