Ryan McGinnis

Ryan McGinnis has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Fixed Network Customer Engineering for Nokia since 2001. In this role, Ryan leads a team of 30 engineers focusing on New Product Introduction and Post-Sales Professional Services for major Tier 1 and Channel Partner customers in North America, while also managing revenue forecasting and operational planning. Previous positions at Nokia include Technical Project Manager, where Ryan coordinated development activities and budget management across multiple international teams, and SVT Team Lead, overseeing testing for GPON products. Ryan's career began at STMicroelectronics as a Hardware QA Engineer, specializing in ADSL chipsets. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
