Katarina Jåfs has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand strategy. Katarina started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Planner at NCC Construction Ltd before moving on to roles with increasing responsibilities. Katarina was a Marketing Manager at NCC Construction Ltd, Housing from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for digital marketing and online channels. Katarina then joined Bonava (prev. NCC) as a Digital Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2019, leading digital marketing efforts and overseeing the launch of a new website and brand in Finland. After that, they worked at PopSockets as a Marketing Manager for the EMEA region from 2019 to 2020, where they developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns and strategies. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing, Vianor at Nokian Tyres plc, where they are responsible for the Vianor brand and overall marketing strategy. Katarina also serves as a Marketing Manager for Vianor and Nokian Tyres PCT in Finland. Throughout their career, Katarina has demonstrated expertise in setting marketing strategies, delivering integrated campaigns, and driving successful GTM plans for both B2C and B2B business lines.

Katarina Jåfs obtained a Master of Science degree in economics, specializing in marketing, from the University of Tampere 1925-2018 in the year 2007.
