Sami Eerikäinen

Sami Eerikäinen has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Sami started their career at Kiilto in 1996 as an Electrical Engineer, and later progressed to become the Technical Manager. In this role, they were responsible for technical development, investment projects, energy procurement, and factory maintenance. In 2005, they joined Nokian Tyres plc as the Factory Service Manager, overseeing production operations. Sami then took on the role of Head of Production Services and Development of Supply Operations, where they played a key role in improving production services and supply chain operations. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Production Technology at Nokian Tyres plc, contributing to the advancement of production technology strategies.

Sami Eerikäinen obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 1996. Sami later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Henley Business School from 2011 to 2015.
