Alan Moorman

Alan Moorman is a software engineer currently working at Nokomis, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Alan served as an independent engineering consultant at Smooth Manifold Solutions from November 2020 to January 2023 and held positions as a junior software engineer and software developer at OneSky Flight LLC from September 2018 to October 2020. Alan's early experience includes working as a research assistant in the Engineering Physics Propulsion Laboratory at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from June 2017 to May 2019, where leadership in the development of VR simulation experiences for spacecraft control systems was demonstrated. Alan's career began at Kaydon Corporation as a grinder/drill operator from March 2013 to January 2016. Alan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, with a concentration in Astronautical/Space Engineering, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2016 and 2018.
