Sabah Rahman Shelton

Sabah Rahman Shelton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Legal at Noksha Capital since June 2023, focusing on private equity investments in the consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Concurrently, Sabah holds the position of Senior Counsel at Legalintro. Previously, Sabah worked with Reed Smith LLP from July 2013 to March 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Financial Industry Group and as an Associate in Structured Finance and Capital Markets. At Sidley Austin LLP from February 2011 to July 2013, Sabah specialized in Debt Capital Markets. Initially, Sabah began a legal career at SNR Denton as a Lawyer, completing a secondment at Citibank involving complex structured finance transactions.
