Dustin Bryan

Dustin Bryan is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in designing and managing engineering projects across various industries. Currently employed at Nol-Tec Systems, Inc. since April 2023, Dustin previously held positions at TC/American Crane Company from November 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included designing custom manufacturing cranes and performing load calculations. Prior to that, Dustin worked as a Mechanical Engineer III at RFA Engineering for Caterpillar Paving Products, focusing on design ownership and problem-solving for paving systems from October 2017 to May 2020. Earlier roles include serving as Project Manager/Estimator at Astro Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. and Engineer II at RFA Engineering, where skills in project management, manufacturability assessments, and cost reduction strategies were developed.
