Carole D'Arcy, CPA, CA, CITP has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Carole began their career at Bell West as an Audit Staff, where they gained foundational experience in accounting. Carole then joined Deloitte, where they worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager, specializing in business solutions.

After their time at Deloitte, Carole worked at Microsoft Canada as a Partner Technology Specialist, assisting with partner development and technology implementation. Carole later transitioned to Corporate Renaissance Group as a Channel Development Manager, focusing on channel partnerships and business growth strategies.

In 2015, Carole joined QHR Technologies as a Business Integration Specialist, overseeing integration projects within the organization. Carole then established their own accounting firm, ImpAcct Accounting Solutions, where they provided financial management expertise and tax services to small and medium-sized owner-managed organizations.

Currently, Carole is working at Nolan Business Solutions as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Carole'sresponsibilities include delivering product presentations, managing implementation projects, and engaging in pre-sales activities. Throughout their career, Carole has demonstrated strong skills in sales, marketing, solutions development, and financial management.

Carole D'Arcy, CPA, CA, CITP has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Ottawa, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. In 1997, they earned their Chartered Accountant designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). In 2004, Carole specialized in Information Technology (IT) through a program offered by CPA Canada. Carole further enhanced their IT skills in 2011 by obtaining the "MCTS: Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Financials" certification from Microsoft. Carole also completed a Leadership Series Certificate from Okanagan College in 2013. In 2016, they became a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) through the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Carole continues to engage in Continued Professional Development, which started in 1997 and is ongoing.
