James Snook

James Snook is currently serving as the Director of Investments at Nolan Living since August 2023. Prior to that, James held positions such as Director of Debt Acquisitions & Originations at Newbond Holdings, Senior Vice President of Investment Banking & Liquidity Solutions at Sera Global, and various roles in Hospitality Capital Markets at both Cushman & Wakefield and Ladder Capital Finance LLC. James graduated from Cornell University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration after attending Mainland Regional High School.
