Harold Bult

Harold Bult is an experienced professional in the fields of food research, sensory analysis, and scientific research services. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Noldus Information Technology since May 2022, Harold also co-founded Applegg in November 2017, where the focus is on providing scientific research services to the food and cosmetic industries as well as academia. Harold previously held senior roles at NIZO food research from 2008 to October 2017 and was a postdoctoral scientist at Wageningen University & Research Center between October 2004 and December 2007, specializing in olfaction and taste. Additional experience includes positions as Project Leader and Postdoc Scientist at WCFS, an EEG Analyst/Therapist at Neurotherapie Centrum Hilversum, and a Scientist at ATO-DLO. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Olfactory Perception from Wageningen University & Research and an MSc in Experimental Psychology from Utrecht University.
