Erika Stegman

Erika Stegman is Vice President of Business Operations. Erika is a highly regarded leader who works alongside management to ensure company’s everyday activities run smoothly. Providing leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that Nolij has the proper operational controls, contract management, and human resources in place to effectively grow the organization, ensure operating efficiency, and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. Before joining Nolij, Erika worked for over 13 years in the commercial airline industry where she served in a variety of roles, including customer care, management, and leadership training.

Erika received her Bachelor of Art in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
