Jeannie Cox

Jeannie Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations, marketing, and human resources. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Nology Networks since March 2021, Jeannie oversees the delivery of technical support services within a Managed Service Provider environment. Previous roles include a Consultant at Rodan + Fields, where Jeannie enhanced consumer awareness through social marketing, and Promotions Specialist at TEAM Enterprises, focused on brand promotion and event organization. Prior to these positions, Jeannie spent 27 years at Prudential Financial in various roles, including Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist, where remote technical support was provided to over 4,500 staff, and as an Education Consultant, creating training programs for employees. Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
