Nam Nguyen

Nam Nguyen has worked in the tech industry since 2004. Nam started as a Data Analyst at Drillinginfo, then moved up to Database Administrator and Database Manager/Architect. In 2012, they joined RetailMeNot, Inc. as a Staff Data Engineer, then became Engineering Manager - Data, where they managed a distributed data team across the US, UK, and UA. Nam also architected and implemented a self-service data platform, reducing support requests for data teams by 90%. Nam then moved up to Senior Data Architect. In 2018, they founded Nom Nom Data Inc., where they currently work as an Architect/Founder.

Nam Nguyen attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Management Information Systems, General. Prior to that, they attended High School.
