Ruben Lechuga

Ruben Lechuga, EMBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Public Space Operations for the NoMa Business Improvement District, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Ruben held the role of Executive Officer of System Security & Law Enforcement at Los Angeles Metro in 2023. From 2019 to 2023, Ruben was the Vice President of Urban Place Management for The Hollywood Partnership, overseeing 75 city blocks in the Hollywood Entertainment District. Prior to that, Ruben was the Vice President of Security and Guest Services at AEG from 2013 to 2019, managing a large public facility. Ruben’s extensive experience in public safety began at the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, where roles included Watch Commander and various supervisory positions from 1996 to 2013. Ruben holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University and multiple certifications in law enforcement and public administration.
