Cierra Higgins currently serves as an Architectural Associate II at Environmental Works Community Design Center since September 2023 and holds a position as Parliamentarian for NOMA | nw since April 2023. Cierra has a significant background in architectural design and education, previously working as a Designer I at Perkins&Will and as a Board Member - Educational Webinar Lead for the AIA Regional and Urban Design Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban Design and a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, along with an Architectural Studies Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additional roles included graduate teaching assistantships and practical experiences in various intern and support positions during academic tenure. Cierra is also a Seattle Cohort Graduate from LeaderFlow, set to complete the program in September 2024.
