Nicholas von Horn

Nicholas von Horn is an experienced professional with a robust background in healthcare and investment sectors. Currently serving as Director at Redesign Health since April 2021, Nicholas also holds multiple board member positions at Noma Therapy, Primum, and Clara Care Inc., all of which commenced in December 2023. Nicholas co-founded ANJ Wines and Careport, a software for diabetes patient management, and previously worked as an investor at Alpha Partners and in healthcare mergers and acquisitions at Piper Jaffray. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Letters and Society with a Philosophy Minor from the University of Chicago and has completed education at Lycée Français de New York.
