Kichu Aravind

Kichu Aravind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Manager for the Red Sea Project at NOMAC since July 2023, Kichu has held significant positions in various organizations, including H.R. & Administration Manager at AZN O&M Company W.L.L. from September 2014 to June 2023 and Senior HR & Admin Officer at Qatar Power Company from September 2006 to September 2014. Prior to these roles, Kichu was the HR & Admin Manager at Victor Industries in Dubai and held the position of Deputy Manager HR & Admin at Cholayil Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Noorul Islam University, certifications in HR from the Human Resource Certification Institute and Society of Human Resources Management, and ongoing studies for a Certified Learning & Development Manager from Middle Earth Academy.
