Suhaib Alghamdi

Suhaib Alghamdi has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Suhaib is currently employed at NOMAC as the Head of Finance - Rabigh O&M Cluster. Prior to this, they worked as ROMCO Finance Manager at NOMAC.

Before joining NOMAC, Suhaib worked at Marafiq Red Sea For Energy Company as the Audit Committee Secretary.

Suhaib also gained experience at ACWA Power as a Senior Supervisor - Finance & Accounting, where their responsibilities included reviewing and posting GL entries, GL reconciliation, and other financial tasks.

Suhaib had previous roles at National Energy Services Company (Tarshid) as a Senior Accounting Specialist and Financial Accountant. In these positions, they were involved in GL entries, GL reconciliation, and assisting in the finalization of financial reports.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Marsh McLennan, where they held the roles of Senior Corporate Accountant at OliverWyman & Mercer and Credit Controller at Marsh Insurance & Reinsurance Broker. Suhaib'sresponsibilities included financial statement audit processes, credit control, and payment processing.

Suhaib Alghamdi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Flinders University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business/Commerce, General from Martin College in 2011-2012. Suhaib is currently pursuing an Executive Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from King AbdulAziz University, with a start year of 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Suhaib has acquired several certifications and additional qualifications. Suhaib has obtained the ACCA Diploma in IFRS from PwC's Academy Middle East in 2024. Suhaib also holds certifications in Accounting Fundamentals, Reading Financial Statements, and Excel for Accountants from Corporate Finance Institute™ (CFI) obtained in 2021. Suhaib has completed courses in Corporate Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements from LinkedIn in 2020. Suhaib is an active associate member of SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) since December 2018. Suhaib has also received training in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing from Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2018. Suhaib is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - Part 1 certification from Morgan International.
