Issa Narchi

Issa NARCHI, PhD, currently serves as the Regional Head of R&D and Quality for the Nordics at Nomad Foods, overseeing R&D strategy and resource allocation for major brands such as IGLO, FINDUS, and BIRDS EYE. Previous roles include R&D Manager at Jack Link's Protein Snacks, where Issa optimized innovation processes, and R&D Portfolio Leader at Mars Petcare Europe, managing the dog food portfolio and driving global initiatives. Education includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Polytech Clermont, a Master in Food Science, and a BSc in Human Nutrition, complemented by leadership training through a MiniMBA and the Leadership Pipeline Institute.
