Luisa Milletti

Luisa Milletti is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transitioning and transforming finance operations within multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Head of SSC Transition and RTR Lead at Nomad Foods since April 2020, Luisa has successfully led the Knowledge Transfer team and executed key performance indicators for transition plans. Previously, Luisa held roles including Design & Improvement Lead of RTR and Global Process Owner of ATR, where strategic direction for process modernization was established. With a strong foundation in accounting and finance, Luisa implemented an Accounting Hub for Southern Europe at Nomad Foods and has held significant positions at Findus Italia, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, and Philip Morris International, among others. Luisa's educational background includes degrees from Università degli Studi di Perugia and SDA Bocconi.
