Marija Felkel

Marija Felkel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marija is currently the Adriatic Cluster HR Director at Nomad Foods, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they had their own consultancy called LET lead empower transform, where they served as a Senior HR Executive, focusing on People & Culture, HR Excellence, and the Future of Work.

Before starting their consultancy, Marija worked as an Interim CEO adviser for OD and HR at NEXE Grupa from April 2019 to June 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the CHRO at Hrvatski Telekom.

Marija's experience at Siemens is quite extensive. Marija held various roles in the company, including Adriatic Region Head of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Acting Head of Human Resources, and Head of Human Resources Services. Their tenure at Siemens spanned from 2004 to 2016.

Marija's career began at the Ministry of Interior Croatia, where they worked as a Personnel Manager from 1998 to 2004.

Marija Felkel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu.
