Stuart Prescott

Stuart Prescott is a seasoned professional in the food industry with a focus on research and development, product innovation, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of R&D and Quality for UK & Ireland at Nomad Foods, Stuart has held various roles within the company, including Senior Product Development Manager for European Poultry and leading product development for the Birds Eye brand. Prior experience includes co-founding 5th Season Fruit and working as Product Development Manager at Kettle Foods UK and Mizkan Europe Ltd. Previous roles at Diageo and academic experience as a researcher at Oxford Brookes University highlight a strong background in product innovation and technical development. Stuart holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University.
