Tracy Hodgkiss

Tracy Hodgkiss has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in senior HR and organizational development roles. Tracy most recently worked at Nomad Foods as a Project Global HR Lead. Before that, they served as the Interim People Partnering & Organisational Design Director at Post Office Ltd. Tracy also held positions such as Interim HR & OD Director at Foreign Currency Direct plc, Interim Executive HR & OD Director at Checkatrade.com, and Interim Executive Director of Improvement at Thames Ambulance Service Limited. Tracy has experience in leading large-scale projects and implementing organizational changes. Tracy has held various interim director roles in different organizations, including Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Eddie Stobart, and The Planning Inspectorate. At Thomas Cook, they were the Head of HR (Operations). Tracy has also worked as a Director at Populai Consultancy Ltd.

Tracy Hodgkiss has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Staffordshire University. Tracy also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources (HR) from Telford University and another MSc degree in Human Resources Development (HRD) from the University of Wolverhampton. Tracy also obtained the CIPD certification and additional certifications in Hay evaluation methodology, psychometric testing, strategic HRD and organizational change, and project management from UIC.
