Customer Support Manager at Nomad Goods

Lianna Garcia began their work experience in 2016 as a Youth Development Specialist at Boys & Girls Club. In 2017, they became a Student Ambassador in the Financial Aid Department at Sierra College. Lianna then joined Nomad in 2019 as a Customer Support Intern, and in 2020, they transitioned into the role of Customer Support Associate. Lianna was later promoted to Customer Support Lead in 2021 and currently holds the position of Customer Support Manager, starting in October 2022.

Lianna Garcia received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication, General from Sierra College from the years 2015 to 2018. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication at UC Santa Barbara from the years 2018 to 2020.
