João Marquim

João Marquim has a strong background in software engineering and development. João began their career at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco as a Full Stack Developer, where they participated in ideation, requirements gathering, and software development for UFPE's Informatics Center. In this role, they mainly focused on backend development using NodeJs with Javascript and Typescript, applying SOLID principles and developing unit and integration tests. João also had experience with frontend development using Vue and ReactJs. Following their time at UFPE, João worked at ioasys as a Back End Developer and then at everis as a Developer Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at Nomad, where they started in 2021 and has since been promoted to Senior Software Engineer.

João Marquim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the same university from 2013 to 2021. Additionally, João obtained certifications in Bootcamp GoStack from Rocketseat in September 2020 and completed a course in Oratory at Ludo Cursos in April 2013.
