Maria Elisa Pontes Lima Assy has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Maria Elisa started their career as a Brand Activator for act.³ GmbH, where they represented Adidas during the 2013 Confederations Cup events and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Maria Elisa also worked as a Hostess for the launch party of the Brazuca soccer ball.

In 2013, Maria interned at TIM Brasil, where they focused on data analysis and presented the findings to various departments.

From 2014 to 2019, Maria worked at Pixelfordinner as a Digital Producer and Social Media Manager. Maria Elisa managed Brazilian client accounts, developed digital strategies, and coordinated international campaigns. Maria Elisa also gained experience in project management and marketing strategy while working in a creative agency with French partners.

Maria's next role was at Em Canto Meu, an architecture and construtech startup. As the Marketing and Growth Manager, they played a key role in transforming architecture by utilizing digital solutions. Maria Elisa developed over 650 projects, expanding the company's presence to 7 countries and more than 20 cities.

Most recently, Maria joined Nomad as a Marketing Specialist and later became the Customer Relationship Management Lead. Maria Elisa'sexpertise in marketing and customer relationship management further contributes to the company's success.

Maria Elisa Pontes Lima Assy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications - Marketing & Advertising from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, they completed The Strategy Megaclass by Julian Cole & Mark Pollard, where they obtained a Comms Planning Megaclass degree. Additionally, in September 2017, they obtained a certification in the course "Why We Post: The Anthropology of Social Media" from UCL.
