Vinicius Morello has several years of work experience, starting in 2011 with Mudo Agro Editora as a Webmaster. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Analyst for ECONOMICA - Estudos Econômicos Junior. Vinicius then joined Itaú Unibanco in 2016 as an Estagiário and later became an FX Products Analyst. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Product Analyst (Credit Cards) at Itaú Unibanco. In 2021, Vinicius joined Nomad as a Business Specialist in Banking and was responsible for developing new product visions and leading engagement campaigns for Nomad's banking products. Vinicius also worked as a Growth Product Manager at Nomad, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Their main role was managing the loyalty program, Nomad Pass, and implementing pricing strategies for various products. Vinicius played a significant role in the rebranding and relaunch of Nomad Pass, delivering product enhancements and creating new communication journeys.

Vinicius Morello completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2012 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, they participated in an exchange program at Università di Trento, where they studied Economics and Management. During this exchange program, Vinicius focused on subjects such as Behavioral Economics, International Trade and Competitiveness, and Data Analysis and Forecasting.

In 2009 to 2010, Vinicius attended Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp, where they obtained a Técnico degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General.

Additionally, in April 2014, Vinicius obtained a certification in TOEFL iBT with a score of 117 out of 120 from ETS.
