Engr. M.D. Suman Sarder

Engr. Md. Suman Sarder has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and information technology. Engr. Md. Suman started their career at Panaroma Computer as a Hardware and Network Engineer, where they were responsible for hardware assembly, after-sales customer support, and managing various security systems.

In 2010, they joined Banglalion Communications Ltd. as a Coordinator for Technical Support. Here, they coordinated with seniors, managed a large team of over 100 members, and successfully completed tasks under pressure.

From 2015 to 2020, Engr. Md. Suman Sarder worked at Noman Group of Industries in various managerial roles. Engr. Md. Suman started as a Team Leader in the ICT department, where they led a team of 7 members and coordinated with department heads. Engr. Md. Suman then progressed to become a Manager, Central ICT, managing a team of 40 members, and later a Senior Manager, Central ICT, leading a team of 55 members. In their most recent position as the Head of Network, they coordinated with senior management and directors, and successfully managed and led a team of 32 members.

Engr. Md. Suman Sarder has a diverse education history, with degrees and certifications in various fields. Engr. Md. Suman completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from Jahangirnagar University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the International Business Administration and Information System University (IBAISU) in 2016.

In 2014, Engr. Md. Suman Sarder received a Bachelor of Science Engineering (B.Sc.Eng.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the International Business Administration and Information System University (IBAISU). Before pursuing higher education, they attended Dhaka Polytechnic Institute (DPI) and obtained a Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Computer Technology in 2009.
