Will Wellesley-Davies has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2007 as a freelance designer at Hello Charlie, they later worked as a lecturer at Bath Spa University in 2008. In the same year, they joined Rockpool Digital as the Head of Creative, where they managed and mentored a team of designers and front-end developers. In 2011, they freelanced as a Digital Designer at McCann Bristol and also took on the role of Senior Visual/UX Designer at Sawday's. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Visual/UX/UI Designer at Bluetel Solutions Ltd on various projects. Returning to Nomensa in 2015, they initially served as a Senior Visual UX Designer and later as a Principal User Experience Designer. In 2019, they joined Nationwide Building Society as a Senior Manager Design, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of experience design for consumer web and mobile products. Currently, Will serves as the Head of Design at Nomensa and also holds the role of Director of Design.
Will Wellesley-Davies attended the University of the West of England from 1990 to 1993, where they earned their B.A. (Hons) in Graphic Design.
