Chad Cook

Chad Cook is an accomplished professional in provider engagement and network development, currently serving as the Vice President of Provider Engagement at Nomi Health since September 2023. Previously, Chad held the position of Vice President of Provider Engagement at Imagine Health, Inc. from June 2012 to May 2023, and prior to that, served as Director of Network Development. Chad’s extensive experience includes a role as National Vice President of Network Development at HealthSmart Preferred Care and Regional Director of Managed Care at IASIS Healthcare. Chad began a career at Coventry Healthcare, where tenure included the position of Director of Network Development. Chad earned a degree from The University of Texas Permian Basin between 1996 and 1999.
