Daniel Schwendiman

Daniel Schwendiman has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Nomi Health since May 2020. Daniel is also a Finance and Accounting Consultant with Keen Business Advisors LLC, a role held since October 2018, specializing in outsourced accounting for various organizations. Previously, Daniel worked as Controller at Podium Mortgage Capital LLC from February 2019 to March 2020, and as Controller/Senior Accounting Manager at Peak Living from May 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting operations for multiple multi-family communities. At Cottonwood Residential, from July 2011 to April 2015, Daniel held the position of Portfolio Controller, managing the accounting cycle for numerous multi-family properties. Daniel holds a degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and completed studies in Business Management and Economics at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
