Jonathan D. Cates, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jᴏɴᴀᴛʜᴀɴ D. Cᴀᴛᴇs, has held various roles in different organizations. Jᴏɴᴀᴛʜᴀɴ D. Cᴀᴛᴇs, started their career in 1997 as a Student/Training at the United States Air Force and later served in multiple positions within the organization. These roles include Logistics & Operations Improvement Officer, Assistant Vice President of Operations & Administration, Executive Director of Administration & Business Operations, and Chief Medical Logistics Officer. Jᴏɴᴀᴛʜᴀɴ D. Cᴀᴛᴇs, also served as the Deputy Staff Officer for Program Management and Manager of Analytics.

In 2016, Cates joined Baptist Health as the Corporate Transformation Officer. After three years, they moved to the University of Miami Health System as the Executive Director of Operations. Currently, Cates holds the position of Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Nomi Health since 2021.

Jonathan D. Cates, MBA, PMP has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Jonathan completed an Executive PGC in Organizational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2013. Jᴏɴᴀᴛʜᴀɴ D. Cᴀᴛᴇs, also pursued a degree in Health Services Administration from Air University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American Military University. Additionally, they focused on Organizational Leadership at USAF Air Command and Staff College. Jonathan has acquired numerous certifications including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum: Advanced, Agile Project Management Principles, Business Acumen for Project Managers, Change Management Foundations, Lean Foundations, Business Development Foundations, Accounting Foundations: Cost-Based Pricing Strategies, Executive Decision Making, Managing High Potentials, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
