David Soares, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and consulting. David is currently working at Nomis Solutions as the VP of Finance, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Finance at Nomis Solutions from June 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Nomis Solutions, David worked at Deloitte for six years, starting as a Consultant in January 2014 and progressing to become a Manager in August 2019. At Deloitte, they led a team in engagement financial planning and analysis, managed the P&L of 25+ engagements totaling $100M, and ensured appropriate revenue recognition. David also has experience working at State Street Bank as a Senior Associate, where they focused on reporting, compliance, and performance calculations. David began their career at AXA Advisors as a Financial Professional, providing financial planning services to individuals and small businesses.

David Soares, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate finance and accounting from Bentley University. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UMass Boston. In 2014, they obtained the Excel 2010 Certification from Microsoft.
