Ian Hayward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product delivery and operational change, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Delivery at Nomo Fintech since March 2021. With a strong track record in product strategy, team leadership, and alignment of business initiatives with growth objectives, Ian has effectively scaled product teams and managed successful deliveries across various financial services domains. Previous roles include Interim Chief Product Officer and Head of Product at Nomo Fintech, Payments Head of Operational Change at Mettle, and Product Owner at Bó, complemented by a solid foundation in program and project management from RBS Global Banking & Markets and UBS Wealth Management.
