Torun Larsen has over 20 years of work experience in the logistics and operations management field. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Cappelen Damm. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Team Leader Logistics and Partner Care Manager at TANDBERG. From 2002 to 2010, they were a BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER - Escalation Manager at Cisco, where they managed external agents on consultant level, improved processes, and drove external call/e-mail centers for Cisco. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Business Operations Manager - Export and Logistics at Norilia AS. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Business Operations Manager Customer Logistics at Huddly. Since 2020, they have been a Supply Chain Manager at Nomono, a Business Operations Manager at Pexip, and a Head of Operations at Wiral.

Torun Larsen obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Probana Business School in 2015, specializing in Mini MBA. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2012, they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at NIMA.
