Jane Howitt

Jane Howitt has extensive experience in IT project management and infrastructure leadership, currently serving as Vice President and Communication Surveillance IT Project Manager at Nomura since May 2019, while also leading global real estate technology initiatives. Previously, Jane worked at Racing Post from September 2007 to September 2017 as Senior Infrastructure Manager and Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included overseeing significant IT projects and system migrations. Jane's leadership abilities were further demonstrated as Head of Infrastructure, providing technical support and managing teams to ensure uninterrupted IT services. Earlier, Jane contributed as a Senior Technical Consultant at Trinity Mirror from November 1994 to September 2007. Academically, Jane holds an MSc in Distributed and Parallel Systems from the University of London and a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Sciences from the University of East London.
