Lani Swart has extensive experience in graduate recruitment and talent strategy, currently working as the Head of Graduate Recruitment EMEA at Nomura. With a background in human resource management, Lani has successfully led various recruitment initiatives and projects, overseeing teams and implementing new processes. Lani has a strong focus on diversity and inclusion deliverables and is skilled in digitalization and automation of recruitment processes. Prior to their current role, Lani worked at Deutsche Bank and London South Bank University in administrative and recruitment roles.
