Racquel White

Racquel White is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in campus recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Specialist and Head of Campus Recruitment for the Americas at Nomura since June 2017, Racquel previously held significant positions at Deutsche Bank as Vice President and Team Lead for Campus Recruiting, and at Credit Suisse as Vice President overseeing campus recruiting for multiple regional offices in the Investment Banking Division. Racquel's career began at Duke University, where the role of Director of Alumni Career Services involved establishing strategic plans for alumni career programs. Racquel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Higher Education - College Student Services/Development, both from the University at Buffalo.
