Derrick Osborne

Derrick Osborne currently serves as a Human Resources Project Specialist at Lumentum, a position held since March 2024, where valuable support is provided to the HR Leadership Team in strategic planning and policy implementation. Previously, from January 2019 to December 2023, Derrick functioned as an Executive Staff Assistant at Cubic Transportation Systems, offering oversight support to the President and CFO while managing a team of 25 administrative assistants. Derrick's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at BD from August 2012 to January 2019, supporting five area vice presidents in various administrative tasks. Derrick is an alumnus of Wichita State University.
