Vivek Vyas

Vivek Vyas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and corporate communications. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Employee Relations at Nomura since September 2021, Vivek has previously held significant roles at NatWest Group, including Lead of Employee Relations and Director of HR for Global Finance and Risk. Vivek's career began at Lehman Brothers/Nomura, where responsibilities included leading HR for the Operations Division. Additional experience includes serving as Head of HR and Administration at Tower Capital & Securities. Vivek's educational background consists of a Master's in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai, and specialized training in Labour Laws from XLRI Jamshedpur.
