Lou Pizante has extensive experience in various roles related to finance and law. They have served as Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel at Non Plus Ultra since 2019, where they partner with global brands and artists to create unique experiences. Additionally, they have worked as General Counsel & Financial Advisor at RPM Raceway | Race Play More, a mentor at Techstars, a member at WXO - World Experience Organization, and held the position of General Counsel and served on the Board of Directors at The Midway Creative Complex. They have also worked as a Partner at Cobble Hill Partners, LLC and Corporate Secretary at YUKOS EP. Lou Pizante served as the CFO & General Counsel at The Lost Explorer, a lifestyle brand owned by nature, and as the CFO, General Counsel, and Head of Corporate Development at Two Bit Circus, an entertainment company that builds and operates immersive social playspaces.

Lou Pizante completed a Bachelor's degree in English at the University of California, Berkeley from 1988 to 1993. Lou then pursued further education at New York University, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate degree in Corporate Law, Securities, and Bankruptcy from the School of Law, and an MBA degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business, both from 1994 to 1998.
