Shannon White has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Hyatt Regency from July 2011 to March 2020 in various roles including Event Planning Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Assistant Banquet Operations Manager, and Corporate Manager in Training. Currently, at NON PLUS ULTRA since March 2020, Shannon serves as the General Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area and holds the title of Head Of Sales.
