Pjay Shrestha

Pjay Shrestha serves as the CEO of Digital Consulting Ventures since September 2022, focusing on connecting global companies with talent and offering innovative services in training and payroll solutions in Nepal. As a founding member of the Cialdini Institute, Pjay provides training programs based on principles of influence and persuasion. Pjay holds the position of Vice Chairman at the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Policy Institute, representing a significant community in Australia. Pjay is also an official member of the Forbes Business Council and has experience in various roles within the NeuroLeadership Institute and Australian HR Institute. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian Catholic University and advanced certification in negotiation from Harvard Business School Online.
