Kevin Clayton is an experienced culinary and hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Nona Blue Modern Tavern since May 2020, Kevin previously held the same position at Stock Hill Steakhouse from October 2017 to May 2020. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Chef at J. Alexander's Restaurants and as Executive Chef/Partner at The Grille at Park Place. Kevin's extensive culinary experience began as an Executive Chef at J. Alexander's Restaurants and as a Chef Apprentice at Lidia's Kansas City. Kevin holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson County Community College.
